All services offered by Cover PRO Cleaning are priced per service or per project, not by the hour. Pricing is determined based on the type of service selected, the size and condition of the property, and the scope of work required, including any applicable add-ons. This approach allows us to focus on delivering consistent, high-quality results rather than working within time limits.

Yes. Extremely cluttered, neglected or hoarded spaces may be serviced upon request; however, this type of cleaning is not available through online booking. Clients are asked to contact us by SMS, email, or through the contact form and provide photos and details of the property so the scope can be reviewed in advance.
To ensure the service can be completed safely and effectively, the home needs to be reasonably safe and accessible at the time of service. We require sufficient medium boxes and heavy-duty/extra-large boxes, along with heavy-duty plastic bags (30 gallons or larger), to organize belongings for a complete cleaning.
Please note that no items are discarded. Even if something appears to be trash, it will be kept separate and left on-site for the client’s review. Trash removal or hauling is not included.
Yes. We offer 30-day and 60-day service options, subject to scheduling availability, ideal for businesses that require flexibility or short-term support.

As with all services offered by our company, we operate on a defined scope based on the condition of the property—not on rushed hourly cleaning. Laundry, dishwashing, restocking, or special preparation requests can be added as optional services.
No. We offer one-time, short-term, and recurring commercial cleaning. Long-term contracts are optional and never required.
